Critical Path:
Publication activities such as the Web Site fall under the direction of AARST’s Public Information and Communications Committee. An editor is to be assigned. A webmaster is to be assigned to implement construction and updates.

1.) 1 SEE SOP FOR "MEMBERSHIP LISTING - DIRECTORY AND WEB". Member listings are to be easily accessed by the public. The manner of access should be linked from a table of contents for member listings reflective of the table of contents and listings as set forth in AARST’s SOP for "Membership Listing- Directory and Web".
2.) 1 In the interest of preventing AARST member lists from easily being downloaded and utilized by unauthorized advertisers, truncated address information will be provided when member lists are displayed. In most cases, no street address or zip code should be displayed. A member link to the individual member’s full contact information should be provided.

PUBLIC - Radon Information Page (general content)
1.) 1 Basic Information
2.) 1 Without leaving AARST Site, a page displaying related EPA Documents in full, Position Papers, and Significant Documents (Iowa Study, BEIR VI, Studies in progress, etc.).

Member Authorized areas - Minimum Content

3. 2 Access to full minutes, bylaws, SOP documents, etc.

Discretionary Content For Member Authorized areas

2. Related items such a business success guidance, etc.

Committee Authorized areas
1. Available only with Password
2. Agenda and "TO DO" lists.
3. Voting, posting information.

Board Authorized areas
1.) 2 Available only with Password
2.) 2 Agenda and "TO DO" lists.

4.) 2 Draft Minutes posted from recent meetings.
5.) 2 Current accounting such as profit - loss statements and paid member summary?

Management Authorized areas
1.) Available only with Management Passwords. These passwords accessible to authorized persons only.
A.) 1 All access including Web page change access (Passwords and addresses available to Webmaster, President and Editor)
B.) 1 Membership list access (for changes and download). Typically available to Executive Secretary and Treasurer for updating and providing specific info downloads to Committee Chairs to facilitate forwarding information to members.
C.) In the future, it may be considered to perform all accounting on the website. This would provide a variety of benefits: 1.) Continued access and continuity for future Treasurers. 2.) Automated update of paid members. 3.) Ease of access to mailing list information such as sending delinquent renewal notices. 4.) Ease of access to management, Board Members and Committees for current financial status and budget/project estimating.
